Excludes users from inactivity reports based on their active scheduling actions, regardless of their hosting status.

The customer would like to request an enhancement to the inactivity reporting system. The current system does not differentiate between users who have been made inactive as hosts but remain active in their capacity to schedule meetings for other users. This results in these scheduling-active users being inaccurately listed as inactive.

To address this issue, we propose a feature update that:

  • Excludes users from inactivity reports based on their active scheduling actions, regardless of their hosting status.

This adjustment will enable us to obtain more accurate inactivity reports by recognizing the continued contribution of users who facilitate meeting coordination without hosting meetings themselves.
