Multiple silent monitoring

Please add a feature to allow multiple supervisors to do silent monitoring for a single call at the same time.

We have received requests from several customers (users) to implement the above features.

    Webex Calling supports multiple silent monitoring. The Webex CC should support the same feature for product consistency.
