Add the option on CMS 1000 for users dial a code to unmute themselves

We need a fix when we have meetings upwards of 100+ people to unmute themselves to talk. Currently we as admins can mute and unmute everyone individually and in mass. What we are looking for is the ability to mute all on entry (currently have) and have user unmute themselves to talk via a code like *6.
