Allow 'All Attendee Communication' be set when scheduling a WebEx Training Center Session

By default, when creating a scheduled Training Center session, all you can do is enable or disable chat. When chat is enabled, the default settings are applied, which does not allow Attendees to chat with other Attendees. We would like this feature to be available when the sessions are scheduled.
