To have the ability to transfer any upcoming meetings from one account to another when you delete a Webex user account

There are times when a person leaves the enterprise or they transfer to another department and they were the person who scheduled the reoccurring meeting for their group. Currently, they have to cancel that meeting, have someone else create another reoccurring meeting making sure they still have the correct settings. It would be very helpful if an Admin had the ability, upon deleting the account or upon the original user's request, to transfer the upcoming meeting(s) from the original account to another account.

    Sidebar to this:

    • If an upcoming meeting is orphaned - that is, if the meeting host is no longer valid and there is no alternate host;

    • Can a WebEx Full Admin assume meeting host, or have the ability to assign new meeting host and alternate host;

    • assumption is the new meething host and new alternate host are invitees of the meeting/meeting series, and are licensed hosts;

    There are considerations whether those are corporate directory integrated or not. As well it might not be as important to use the same scheduling method (ie, Outlook or web, etc.)

    Highly desirable functionality and option, as we have customers who has constant turnover of staff, such as healthcare and government departments)

    I would like to piggyback the following request to to this-

    Allow admins a way to cancel meetings scheduled by a person when the person's Webex account is deleted (because the person has left the organization).
    Currently, we do this by opening a TAC case. It will be great to be able to allow full admins to do it themselves.
