Add support for higher resolution cameras.

Just purchased a 2K camera and now I can't use the change background or blurr features. System states I do not meet the minimum requirements. My old camera wasn't an issue. (Win 7, yes, I know.. not Win 10 yet so may be resolved). I do not have this issue with MS Teams and again.. did not have this issue with my older camera which was 1080P.
