Currently, customers have to delete their numbers and create a new location to migrate/port numbers from one carrier (on prem) to cloud pstn or cisco pstn. Customers would like to keep their numbers and location configuration and only change PSTN providers to avoid any data loss or decrease impact in their service. Customers are aware that porting will cause an interruption but they would like a friendly migration process in control hub.
