In a medical environment, we have occasions where an agent will need to conference in a nurse. There are also times where the agent will need to conference in a foreign language interpreter. When both of these events occur in a single call, the agent is not able to create a 4-way call resulting in the agent needing to create another conference call via the webex app to get all 4 participants on the call.
