Currently, for organizations that allow Host account sign up and with auto email domain approval rules, it's technically working but the end-user gets a message that states "Thanks for signing up! After your site administrator approves your account, you'll receive an email message that contains a link to create a password. Create your password and then sign in to your Webex site."

The message isn't applicable as no emaiil is received and the user would not be able to set their own password depending on how an organization is configured to manage their user accounts.
