Unmute message more prominent on SIP connections

With the new force mute feature, it would be better for SIP connected devices to have on screen a larger mute and unmute notification. This exists in the Apps already and provides a popup center screen.

In addition to a more prominent notice, a SIP Endpoint will need to dial *6 to unmute after forced mute - the notice should include this information.

Agreed. Would like to see something like Zoom's H323/SIP Menu - https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005889546-H-323-SIP-Menu
