Please improve the interface for Webex Contact Center call recording management

The interface for playing back and downloading call recordings is not user friendly enough. It should be obvious how to play the main recording and consult legs. Having the controls only available under the ... menu makes it more cumbersome to use and more confusing.

It would also be ideal to click on a recording view and have the main recording show in the list with the consult legs so it is clear to users what you are playing. This will also ensure there is enough space for the control buttons for each section of a recording.
