Host Key option for users that are waiting in the lobby

Apple Admins are trying to start meetings from their Executives before the JBH (set to 5 mins). They have the Host key however there is no option to enter the Host key when they are waiting in the lobby.

Customer is looking for an option that allows users to enter the Host key Role when they are waiting in the lobby.
Currently there is no option to enter the Host key when users are waiting in the lobby (Desktop/mobile app).

Video Rooms does have this option when you join a meeting you receive a prompt to join as Host >> Enter host key.
