As more and more businesses go back to an in-office model, users who were accustomed to speaking as loudly as they comfortably wanted at home are now having to modulate their volume to accommodate their open office neighbors. It would be helpful to have an option to disable automatic volume leveling and instead allow a user-set range of acceptable volume, with pop-up alerts to the user when their real volume is louder (or quieter) than that range. The "loud Howards" (see Dilbert reference) in my company, and their neighbors in the same office as them, would thank you.
