Integrate Webex app with HubSpot

I have a client who has purchased HubSpot Sales Pro. They would like to integrate the Webex app with HubSpot – similar to how you can call with the Salesforce integration:

We'd like to the do the same with HubSpot. I can see there’s a Webex integration for HubSpot, but it looks like it is just for using Webex as your meeting link.

We are really looking to call and receive calls using the app.
