Feature Parity Across Mobile Webex Offerings

From an end user experience, operations, legal and compliance standpoint, we need the same features and telemetry data across Webex Go offerings.

  1. Call Media Quality and Statistics for Webex Go BYOD and Webex Go Mobile Operator need to reflect in CH, in near real-time.

  2. SMS business texting for Webex Go BYOD and Webex Go Mobile Operator needs to be captured and follow company data retention policies.

  3. Reporting - Ability to export Troubleshooting search results to PDF including graphics, like-to-like to what is displayed on User Centric KPI Card, User Centric Meeting List and Hop Detail. In addition, the report should include Total Call Legs and Poor Call Legs. Export option should be available in the Troubleshooting page as well as a scheduled option.
