Add a control to join a meeting with a | User Community Feedback

Add a control to join a meeting with a Host/cohost e-mail address as Guest and without logging in.

Previously, not logging into Webex, click to join the meeting > Enter meeting number, host/cohost email address can attend meeting as guest . Now that this restriction has been added to all sites and no exceptions can be made for a particular site, the customer would like to add a setting that can control this feature.
