Conditional Registration Options

This feature enhances the registration process by introducing conditional options based on user selections. When users indicate certain preferences or characteristics during registration, such as owning a pet, additional relevant options dynamically appear. For example, if a user selects the option indicating they have a pet, a new field for entering the pet's name will dynamically appear.
