Add Breakout Session Countdown Timer

Webex Enhancement Request: In a breakout session, there is a pop-up that tells you the breakout is ending in X seconds... then it disappears. There should be a small countdown timer visible until the breakout ends (or at least for the final 10 seconds or so)
