Make the initial Web Chat Greeting Removeable

When using a predefined forom in Webex Engage/Connect, you cannot delete the initial greeting which by default is 'Hi there' configured in the chat asset, Nor can you remove the byline text field in Webex Engage. CLient would like to see the form in the fist instance as displayed in the template config.
