enhance experiance for the web app guests

we would like to enhance the meeting experience for the guests who joined meetings via web client, especially for hard-of-hearing users as the closed captions are not fully working for the meeting and no option to get captions when the host enable breakout sessions
we can such enhancement in other video conferencing platforms and would like to find it in webex
