Cisco Devices show the Join button whenever the calendar invite contains the relative SIP address in the outlook reservation body text. Example 85899409708@zoomcrc.com
Customer asked if it is possible to generate JOIN button for zoom calls by adding the passcode to the SIP address.
Example: i can manually dial 85899409708**.123456**@zoomcrc.com and connect to the call just fine, without having to type the passcode at a second stage.
However, if I try to make to work via outlook, so that the join button will dial the meeting+passcode string then it will fail: no join button appears at all.
Somehow the software thinks the addition of ".xyz" means that it is not a valid SIP address.
So far this is by design as Calendar connector can only parse few Video addresses per this documentation:
So the customer is requesting if Calendar connector can parse SIP URI format meeting+passcode@zoomcrc.com
