Organizations maybe skeptical about hosting files on third party cloud and solutions like Microsoft OneDrive has only increased the hassles with permissions to allow smooth collaboration.
Extension of the "Spaces" features in Webex to support file sharing and collaboration is the need of the time. Here the files are stored in local system. Access to the file and link sharing can be easily managed through Webex. Since Webex is already a Cloud and Desktop solution, availability and collaboration resolves itself. Webex is an IM platform, so notifications shouldn't be a problem. Webex Desktop App shouldn't have problem syncing local file with cloud insulating user from access rights hassles too.
Maybe you can set limit to drive size, or charge for increasing Space.
