eliminate the blowing-in motion when using voicemail for the first time

Currently, "Guidance for blowing in a personal name" is played when using voicemail for the first time.

However, if a custom file is used in the Control Hub user settings, the custom file will take precedence even if the above behavior is used.

Therefore, we would like to omit this action.

The voicemail user name is entered in the control hub as a custom sound source. However, when I access voicemail for the first time, I am prompted to record my name.
( "blowing" in this case means "Recoding")

Please describe what is blowing in a personal name means. Trying to understand the use case better.
