Allow Administrators the ability to delete

Allow Administrators the ability to delete completed MPP firmware device migrations in Webex Control Hub

When an MPP device migration is completed, I can click on the ellipsis which has an available function of "Delete Task", which is currently grayed out. I inquired with Cisco support as to how to enable the ability to delete completed migration tasks and was told that despite programming a "Delete Task" button into the interface, Cisco has no design plans to actually enable this button's functionality.

If Cisco could enable this functionality, then it would allow an Administrator to delete old migrations, and better organize the workspace.
