The customer visited their WebEx site by entering the URL to check the schedule of future meetings and webinars. Upon inspection, they noticed that an event was labeled "Public Meeting" despite being defined as a Webinar. In accordance with WebEx's updated terminology, the customer has requested the ability to edit and correctly distinguish between "Webinar" for webinars and "WebEx Meeting" for meetings.
