API or Bulk update to Custom Contacts in Webex App

Because of issues with Webex Mobile App seeing Caller ID, we'd like the ability to systematically update our employee's custom contacts so that the Caller ID always shows on their mobile device for these customers. Either by API call or Bulk/Batch Update would work for us.
