Jabber Windows Lock Screen Notifications

I have been requested to see if Jabber allows for lock screen notifications on Windows which would allow users see incoming calls or chat messages without having to login.

Where this is a very helpful feature is where you get cold calls from vendors and you wouldn't know who is calling without first logging into Windows or having a device running Jabber currently running.

I think this feature should be able to be toggled on or off either through the UI or via the jabber-config.xml to allow for those companies not wanting to display this information on the Windows lock screen.
