WCC Analyzer: Extracting Data By Report ID Via API

This request is for the ability to extract Analyzer data by specific report IDs via API. The search API is nice, but if a supervisor builds out a report in Analyzer and the customer also wants to offload the data they essentially have to start from scratch using the Search API when the report is already built.
