Run Problem Report remotely

Would be a good idea if we could run the CiscoJabberPrt.exe remotely for a user and suppress User Interaction. This way we could check the user's configuration and issue remotely without asking them to run the Problem Report manually. Since the Jabber Local Config file is encrypted in later versions of 11.* we can't check the user's configuration or App settings without them capturing a problem report.Running the command remotely using something like the below would be great for troubleshooting with the user being present:C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber>CiscoJabberPrt.exe /quiet OUTPUT=C:\TempFor the command to run remotely, the mandatory fields on the PRT pop up should be bypassed when running the exe remotely. The Problem Report zip file should then be saved in the C:\Temp directory or wherever the command line switch is set to.
