Need to enable the translation caption feature for web users

Currently, users who join meetings from web browser, no matter whether they are logged in or joinin as guests, are unable to use the translation caption feature.

However, users who join the meetings through the app can use the feature normally, whether they are logged in or as a guest.

This issue is currently affecting many environments that can only join meetings through the web browser. Please consider it and I think it's very important that we must enable this feature for web users.
