Ability to determine Webex App messages were Scheduled Send

There may be scenarios where groups are leveraging Webex messaging to report their attendance or presence especially for those such as field technicians or travel from location to location and people may take advantage of this feature to falsely report their actual location. It would be helpful if there were options for Webex Administrators to generate a report or from logs determine whether messages were delayed send for investigations when needed.
