currently you can disable external video sharing in control hub.

however if the recording link is sent to an external user, they can request access, and the host of the recording can approve it.

it results in an external user being able to view recordings even though external sharing is disabled in control hub.

suggesting adding a section to control hub for access requests to allow the admin to reject all requests from external users by default.
