Webex API - Rate Limit Report

It would be nice to have a Webex report accessible by admins to show the rate of Webex API requests. With more and more customers adopting Webex Calling/Contact Center and more integrations/connectors being created, the currently imposed 50 request per minute is causing headaches for sure. Sure, the 429 response helps identify that the rate limit is being matched, but it would be handy to have a report that shows more details around that and which API hook it is coming from.
