Contact search in Webex Calling Plugin for MS Teams should search in Control Hub

The way of searching is different between Webex app and Webex Calling plugin in MS Teams. While in Webex app the contacts are searched in Control Hub, the Webex calling Plugin in MS Teams searches in Azure AD. So the results are different, as in Azure AD you find also administrative accounts without phone number.
