Indicator or Audit log entry for users that have set up MFA

We've engaged MFA for certain apps per this recommended article.

We would like to have a way to verify or track which allocated users that are subject for MFA use have actually set the second layer of authentication up. According to webex support there is no way to confirm that currently. Either in the user account properties or not even in admin activities or other security audit location. Seems like a good idea to know who has actually put the second gateway into effect.
