Prevent call queue agents to configure "Single number reach" with their call queue phone number.

Call queues number should not be allow in "Single number reach" agent configuration.

This misconfiguration causes calls to be redirected to the same call queue on a loop, saturating the call queue.

This behavior has been noticed in SR: 697190234.
