WebexCalling's silent monitoring and coaching features to cover general calls, not just call queues.

I would like the silent monitoring and coaching feature to be available for haunts and regular calls. I would like it to be available for monitoring of one person by multiple people, one-on-one coaching of newcomers and sharing of problems.
