Cascading Message Notification

Cascading message notification allows you to set up a series of notifications to a widening circle of recipients - previously available on Unity.

We use this feature to notify our on-call team of trouble tickets that require immediate attention. If a voicemail is left on our "emergency line" notifications are sent out every 15 to our teams cell phones to let them know we have and voicemail that needs our immediate attention.
