Increase the total line capacity for phones

Increase the total line capacity for phones with KEMs for more than 16 lines (primary and shared lines combined across phone and KEM).

The total line capacity for phones with KEMs is now 16 lines (primary and shared lines combined across phone and KEM). Customer is extremely unhappy about this as they have been waiting for Shared lines to be available on the KEMs and now they cannot fully use them.

Supported on Cisco Key Expansion Modules (KEM) for Cisco Desk Phone 9851 and Cisco 6800 and 8800 Series phones.

Desmarais is a law firm where associates answer the line for numerous lawyers and others who are in meetings most of the day. They often cover for as many as 25 people so it is essential to be able to fill a KEM with shared lines for this reason.
