In an Auto Attendant, if you want a caller to be transferred to an extension if they do not select a menu item (timeout), you have to select the Press 0 to [Transfer call to operator] option, but then the caller hears a default recording about transferring to operator. There needs to be a way to disable this recording and/or add a custom recording.
