This is what i received from TAC regarding the initial prompt from Dubber to set a Dubber specific user password for new accounts.
From internal documentation, this is how the Dubber initial password creation process goes:
after Call Recording is enabled in Control Hub, records need to created “manually” in the Dubber system (there is no SSO available at the start, from Dubber)
as consequence of the above, the User gets an email so they can set a password for their Dubber account
a token is shared between Dubber and Control Hub linking the Webex App account and Dubber account
from then, the Webex Account that is SSO in your case, addressed the linking to the Dubber account through the backend.
Can you make SSO auth available for the initial Dubber account creation? The current requirement is a little confusing.
