Add CSV bulk function to enable hoteling as guest in devices

Customer can't enable or disable Hoteling on devices to ve used as Hoteling host using bulk, only one by one on Control Hub from the device page.


Customer has over 400 devices that need to have this enabled, it is imposible to do it one by one and the feature to do it using bulk csv is not present
