Current behavior:

Customer uses Webex app and searches for the devices nearby via proximity.
Proximity lists the devices and the name that it shows, is the name of the device that it belongs to (For eg: Workspace name or the Users name that it is associated with)

Customer tries to edit the name of the device but there is no change in what they see in the proximity list.

This is by design which needs to be revisited.

Expected behavior:

There is an option to change the devices name specifically through the below steps:

WebGUI or Control hub device configuration > All > SystemUNit > Name : Edit the name and it changes the device name. This is reflected only when the device webGUI is accessed.

This is not seen in the proximity list of nearby devices.
