Cisco PSTN needs to pass caller phone number even when it comes to them in a protected way instead of removing number before sending

We have calls that come through as unavailable as both caller id and phone number. Support confirmed they can see the number at the Cisco PSTN side but since the call was sent in a "protected way" they can't or will not pass on the number to us. This is causing solicitation calls and/or unwanted calls specifically to our executives
