Limit meeting/webinar participation based on the external IP/subnet used by the clients

It is currently impossible to filter the number of participants that can join a meeting/webinar based on the IP that they are joining from.

Use case scenario:

> We have a limit of 10000 participants that can join a Webinar
> We have multiple locations globally (each one is using a different external IP)
> We want to limit how many participants can join from each location (for example: 2500 participants for each subnet
