Add ability to control queue state in Webex Chrome Extension

Chrome Webex Extension feature request. Add ability for Cisco Webex Calling agent to Sign In, Sign Out, go Available, Unavailable and Wrap up. Add ability for Webex Calling agent to join and unjoin queueus.
