Webex CC - Given the full-administrators a supervisor role.

It's Feedback from customers, they hope can be given the full-admin a supervisor role.

The functionality customers want to achieve is that full administrators can manage Control Hub and the Webex CC management portal, log in to Agent Desktop, select the supervisor role, and monitor agent calls.

Please consider whether customers' expectations can be achieved through User Profiles on the Webex CC Management Portal.

1. Create a new profile in the User Profile.

2. Select "Supervisor" for the profile type.

3. Select Monitoring > "Edit/View" for module settings and enable all monitoring-related functions.

4. After creating a new "Supervisor" profile, go to User Settings.

5. Select the full administrator account and select the newly created "Supervisor" user profile.

6. Log into Agent Desktop using the full administrator account.

7. As shown in the screen capture below, a role selection menu will be displayed on Agent Desktop, allowing the full administrator to select the supervisor role.

    I would like to add one point.

    As a customer operational rule, full administrators are given the supervisor role for management.


    Failure to implement the desired functionality above will have a business impact on the customer's operations, so please consider implementing it as soon as possible.
