Provide APIs for getting historical data for W4B deployment

Currently there are 3 APIs:

GEThttps://analytics.webexapis.com/v1/analytics/messagingMetrics/dailyTotals

GEThttps://analytics.webexapis.com/v1/analytics/roomDeviceMetrics/dailyTotals

GEThttps://analytics.webexapis.com/v1/analytics/meetingsMetrics/aggregates

All are at cutomer level. We want an enhancement to support the query for messagings and chats for partners.
