Jabber Teams Messaging Mode sends no invite to external people

Hello Team!

This is a feature request.

As 3 TAC Engineers told me there is no functionality for Jabber in Teams Messaging Mode to invite external people who do not have an active Webex Teams Account, i want to request this feature.

In such case the Webex Teams Client sends an email to the user who have no active account, but Jabber in Teams Messaging Mode does not.
