Handling Video over WebRTC on Agent Desktop

Requesting functionality for a CC agent to accept video calls queued and routed through WxCC from a browser, from video enabled end points and from mobile devices. The video call should be routed and handled similarly to voice calls and the system will record and will maintain metrics as at present for voice.
